Hyderabad Investing Enthusiasts (“HIE”) respects your privacy. We collect only information reasonably required or voluntarily provided to register attendees, verify payments, provide digital passes, communicate event updates (including any change of venue, date or schedule), offer support and manage venue entry.
This may include contact and attendee details, account and booking information, payment-confirmation information, communications and check-in records. When providing another attendee’s name, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

We may use essential cookies and limited website analytics to operate the website, maintain signed-in sessions, prevent misuse and understand overall website usage.
Protected event materials
When we share event materials on your private ticket page, each page you view is stamped with your email address and ticket ID, and we record the time, the material and page viewed, your IP address and browser type. We use this only to protect those materials from unauthorised sharing.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Information is shared only with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the website, deliver communications, prevent abuse or comply with legal requirements.
