The pass costs ₹1,599 per person. Creating an account does not confirm entry. Registration is confirmed only after the required attendee details and UPI payment have been submitted and approved.

No physical ticket is shipped. After approval, the digital QR pass is provided on the attendee’s private ticket page and emailed to the booking lead.

QR passes must not be publicly shared, duplicated or resold. HIE may reject an invalid, duplicated or unauthorized pass and may refuse entry for unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct.

Registrations are non-refundable when an attendee chooses not to attend.

If HIE cancels or postpones the event, the attendee may choose either:

• A refund of the amount paid; or
• Transfer to the rescheduled event or another Hyderabad Investing Enthusiasts event, subject to availability.

If the replacement event costs more, the attendee must pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Requests must be sent from the registered email address to admin@hiesummit.in with the ticket ID. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payer’s UPI account, where reasonably possible, within 5–7 working days.

Speakers, sessions, timings and the venue may change when reasonably necessary. If the venue changes, HIE will inform registered attendees by email and on this website before the event. Such programme or venue changes do not constitute event cancellation.

Views expressed by speakers or attendees are their own.

The meetup is for education, discussion and networking only. HIE does not provide personalized investment advice, buy, sell or hold recommendations, price targets or guaranteed returns.

Attendees must conduct their own research and remain responsible for their financial decisions. HIE is not responsible for investment losses arising from event discussions.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to the courts in Hyderabad. Questions may be sent to admin@hiesummit.in.
